MST Seminar Reservation

Instant web registration is a two-step process:

1) Pay by clicking one of the payment buttons below

2) Complete the web registration form

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, e-check (direct payment from your checking account) and Amex cards are accepted through the secure PayPal payment processing system. (Payment in full must be received prior to seminar date.) We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment over the phone. Please use payment buttons below or mail a check. (Checks must be received at least ten days in advance--one month for early registration rate.)

One week advance reservation is strongly suggested. (When space is available, it is usually possible to accommodate a late registration. Check availability on main or dates/locations page before registering. It is NOT necessary to call or e-mail to check space availability if the date is listed here.) Because registration is limited for each seminar, you are advised to reserve as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. (Many seminar dates do 'sell out' several weeks or even a month or more in advance, especially during the spring peak season.)

Although we try to remove seminar dates from the website promptly when they are closed, we regret that we cannot ensure that an opening is available until you receive your reservation confirmation from us. We make every effort to confirm your reservation quickly. We will immediately refund any payment received for a closed seminar date.

Reduced rate for early registration

Register and pay at least one month in advance and save $50. Click the button just below to pay the reduced early (1-month advance) rate of $445 by secure credit/debit card or e-check (direct payment from your checking account) transaction. See below for standard (within 1-month) rate. Please note that after paying, you must send reservation form information by web form below to complete your reservation.

Orientation information and further details will be sent to you and your partner by e-mail (or U.S. mail, if you request) upon receipt of your reservation. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within four days (or by 48 hours prior to MST date), please check with us as to whether your reservation was received.

Reservation Changes and Refunds

If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance on your reserved date, you may transfer your registration to any available future date within one year, as provided by our policy, detailed here. Reservation and other fees are non-refundable, except in cases where payment is submitted for a seminar that is already fully subscribed or must be rescheduled. On occasion it is necessary to reschedule a seminar for reasons beyond our control. Reservation fees received for fully subscribed or rescheduled seminars will be refunded in full if you do not wish to transfer your reservation to another date.

Reservation date transfers will be made at no additional charge, provided that you notify us of your change at least four full days (96 hours) in advance of your original reservation date. We regret that we must charge a $200 handling fee for reservation changes not received at least four full days (96 hours) in advance in order to cover meeting facility and caterer charges that we incur for cancellations without more notice.
